Garden State Refunds

I just walked out of Garden State, Zach Braff's directorial debut whatever. Twenty minutes into the movie I was wondering when the storyline would kick in. It's a love story that fills the screen the way a fart would fill a room. You don't know it's there but when it arrives it's so bad you've got to leave. I thought I could stick it out till the end based purely on Zach Braff being so cute, but I couldn't. I was so bored. There were more stimulating things I could do such as laundry to take down from the lines before it rained again so I thought to myself- I better get home and do that. I walked out after Natalie Portman's character burried her dead hamster with Zach Braff's character in her backyard pet cemetary on the day they met at a Doctor's waiting room. I mean, come on.
